You may return most new, unopened items within 7 Days of delivery for a refund, 25% restocking fee will apply. The buyer will have to pay for the return shipping costs for sending back to us, if the return is a result of our error or defect etc). You must contact us to get a return authorization number and shipping address before you can return the product to us, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipping address as advised on your RMA email notification, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the buyer, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (15 to 20 business days).

The Card Merchant usually takes less than 7-10 working days for the reversal process.
